Staffing Salary Surveys
The American Staffing Association has partnered with WageWatch to conduct the
2012
ASA Staffing Industry Compensation Survey, which collects information on salaries,
variable pay, and benefits for 32 positions specific to the staffing industry. The
final reports allow staffing companies to easily see how their compensation, incentive,
and benefits structures compare to those of similar firms. They can help staffing
firms develop competitive plans and know what to pay.
Participating firms will be able to access survey data and run reports.
